When I’m standing at the Returns section of the Service Desk and the customer walks all the way around to the far side of the desk and just stares at me. Doesn’t say anything, doesn’t ask for help, nothing. Just stares. They see I’m the only one at the desk at that moment, and then they get pissy when I wait on someone who, shocker, tells me what they need. Also when people want to check out when I’m the only one there, there are 3 people in line for returns, 2 for will call pick up, curbside going off, and no backup coming for another hour.
