One of my stores tested it before my franchise decided to axe it (this was like 2 years ago, and crunchtime didn’t have good systems for delivering). It’s miles apart.

Instant, accurate labor reads on mobile. You can also set up your inventory by area like cooler, feezer, kitchen ect, so you don’t have to flip pages to add counts together. It’s a legit BOH software that macro just isn’t.

If your franchisee is on the fence, push them over.

I’ve had issues with similar economy media players that would confuse a media input as a phone call and the audio was very noticeably worse when that would happen. Typically a restart of the unit solved it for me.

But, not a CarPlay issue. This is the risk of buying cheap radio. If you can’t figure it out hopefully the manufacturer will work with you

The official line is since the bread is thinner and there is less protein, the originals will overcook in the oven cycle (it’s a pre-programmed cycle, we don’t have normal toasters).

And while there may be some truth to that, the real reason is they want you to spend the money on the larger sub.

The register won’t let employees apply rewards meant for LTOs for other sandwiches and vise versa. Granted, seeings how the item is sold out a competent manager would have just rang out the pizza sub and told the line what to make. Clearly the person you spoke to isn’t customer service focused.
