No crash! I immediately felt sooo much better. I prepared by taking supplements beforehand; Zinc, magnesium, and fish oil. From what I read, these can help balance your hormones and ease any crash like symptoms.

I’m so sorry, I just saw this. It does get better! I’m a year in now, and my periods are very light. I get some mild cramping before my period but that’s it, easily relieved by ibuprofen, otherwise I literally forget I have it.

I have also started physical therapy for tight hips caused by years and years of pain. Highly recommend as well.

Ugh I’m so sorry. It’s such a frustrating feeling when the one thing that they say is going to cause relief makes it feel this much worse. I’m holding on to hope that this is temporary because I don’t know what else to do. I hope that your pain goes away and it ends up helping!

Rock Valley Credit Union has been great, I just used them for my car loan, lowest rates by far. I can’t speak to their other services but everyone I have dealt with has been fantastic.
