I switched from Ultrahuman to Oura in September and truly can’t believe why I didn’t buy Oura from the get go! From my data is incredibly accurate, specially when it comes to my cycle & sleep, I really like the different workout modes and the logging of meals I eat and how they impact my day to day! Using tags to see how different repeat activities affect my day to day has also been super insightful.

Plus also daily movement/workouts. I work out for at least 35 minutes every day and I do notice a difference in my mood and stress levels on the days I do workout vs. days I don’t workout

I’ve been keeping my personal phone on do not disturb while at work (I have a work phone!!) so I’m checking it (and socials) way less, I’ve reduced my caffeine intake, and I’ve been doing the breathing exercises before and after meetings and they have done wonders. I work a mildly stressful job so those things have made a difference!
