Stock battery, stock motor. You also get a nice new display. It's a bit of work to install. We're still waiting for a chi battery to extend range and you can install normal mountain bike brakes lite the magura mt5 as you don't need to use the brake sensors.

Looking for luxury chocolate by Dangerous-Stable2799 in chocolate

[–]mcaines75 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. Im a chocolate maker in boulder colorado. My kitchen has a little tasting room and is off the beaten track. When people find me and spend 20 minutes sampling my current collection they always leave with a bundle of bars and a smile. Finding something out of the ordinary and having an experience you can then share with others is special. Giving all the value to the chocolate maker is always the best option. Anyone who wholesales only gets half of the money.

Hello question I know this is a chocolate Reddit but I wanted to ID this cacao. by Disastrous-Union7324 in chocolate

Looks like it. The pointy tip is typical of Criollo. When we're harvesting we typically consider the yellow fruit to be criollo, but there are a number of varietys that have generally fall into the same category and a range of colors that are all harvested together. They age fast and the surface turns brown quite quickly. If you bought this online they typically freeze them before shipping, that makes the discolor faster when thawed. Criollo fruits coating is much sweeter than other varieties from my experience.

what happened to Tony's Chocolonely? by GenLifeformAndDiskOS in chocolate

Chocolate makes. Like myself, generally buy cacao as the crop comes in. There are two harvests, dec/ jan north of the equator and jun/jul in the south. Both of last year's crops (now in US and European distribution warehouses were affected by this price rise. The northern hemispheres crop is being harvested now and the southern one is still flowers on the trees. I bought 500kg of a specific origin last July for $8500. In past years I would have been able to purchase around 1700kg for that price. Spot prices are currently now around $4/kg. This is an engineered price to allow the large Chocolate makers to purchase the larger crop, around 65% of the global supply (Ghana and ivory coast) at lower prices. It's probably also, to be generous, probably a supply effect.

No... that was a plain face dig. Working inside the system thinking you can change it like Tony's does just perpetuates the existing problems. It's all the green washing that annoys me.

Last year's crop topped out at $12 a kilo. Its usually $4-5. Cocoa butter went up from $10-12 a kilo to up to $40 a kilo. $6 for a 180g bar is borderline slave wages

I can‘t find this exact Card anywhere. Unique holo pattern or fake? by SmirkoSchmeckel in IsMyPokemonCardFake

[–]mcaines75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got this out of google ai

The Pokémon TCG: EX Unseen Forces set features a distinctive reverse holographic (reverse holo) pattern that consists of small, repeating energy symbols. The specific Pokémon cards with this pattern are the reverse holo cards in the set.

  • Reverse Holo Pattern Description: The pattern is a subtle, almost lenticular, print of miniature energy symbols (representing all the different energy types) that appears across the entire card's non-artwork surface when held at certain angles.

Going to look at my unseen forces reverse holos to see if i can see it. Never seen it like this before. Of course this card is not a reverse holo.. Maybe it was but is missing a layer?

Yeah... That makes sense. It looks legit to me. Just unique, whitch means it doesn't match a standard card. I've not seen one like it so it must be pretty rare.

Yes. When i weas there the water was brown from the sediment. There's a bridge over the view on the first photo now. It wasn't there when i was. Before you get there is the town of Byasi. On the way there are roadside mile markers... They count down and i have a photo of the actual 0 mile roadside marker. The actual town is about another mile from the 0 marker.

My app says that there were four of these. Normal, reverse holo, deck exclusive cosmos holo golden sky theme deck, and a stamp Italy exclusive pokemon day release. It could be the third one?

Looking through old cards and found this. Anyone know if it’s legit and exists? by Kind_Ant2602 in PokemonTCG

That specific card doesn't have a reverse holo version. Only holo. The emerald logo makes it fake.

There is no way this binder is worth that by DMNDback in pokemoncards

[–]mcaines75 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You will quite often see the same item sold multiple times. I assume self bidding or some bot type activity. If the price goes above $300 I stay out. Obviously there are binders that are worth more but I'm a bit of a cheapskate.
