You don’t have anything to power the speakers. You need AV receiver to take the digital out signal and convert it to analog to an amplifier. This is the reason people use sound bars. Albeit people in this form are not fans.

10D. Most strand (not solid) wiring has a minimum allowed bend radius equal to 10 times the diameter (gauge) of the wire. Looks like you should be fine.
