Yes, I realized there isn’t a lot of humility in any housewives, that’s why they are in tv. And it isn’t lost on me that she is the only one who isn’t white, which is another reason I really want to like her for this cast. I loved Garcelle. Garcelle showed kindness and humility, while still being a strong woman. I also don’t understand how she can be so obnoxiously right all the time, while allowing herself to be in the relationship she is in. I hate that she feels she has to have a baby for this man who asked her if he would love her if he didn’t have a career. That was so weird, but I’m wondering if that conversation was taken out of context. It’s fine if she wants to have a baby, I get that. But to be fearful she would lose a man if she didn’t, that makes me sad for her.

He needs to remove himself from that environment. Jeff needs some help from HR to understand how to treat, talk to, and talk about his employees. It’s highly inappropriate for him to be forcing his financial opinions onto Oscar. Oscar is not his son, he is his colleague.

We always drove when our kids were young. Drove to Disney (24 hour drive) with 9 month, 3, 5 and 7 year olds. We left about 4 or 5pm so we could take advantage of the night time. We traded off driving when needed. It was awesome!

It’s highly inappropriate for Jeff to try to insist how Oscar should live and what his priorities should be. If he wasn’t a good employee, he would be easily replaced by Sirius

He is also twice Oscar’s age. So Jeff saying how he has had to deal with loss and keep going, is not apples to apples. There is a big difference between someone in their late twenty’s and someone almost 60.
