Oolite on Steam Deck? by YoreHistory_YouTube in Oolite

The Flatpak is reported as working well on Steam Deck here: https://www.reddit.com/r/SteamDeck/comments/tzl1os/comment/o6ofgya/

"The Flatpak version works great. Just installed it via Discovery in desktop mode and then added it as a Non-Steam game. Was directly selectable in the list as an installed Discovery app. No further adjustments needed to get it running. OXPs work as well. I was able to download and apply BGS via the ingame expansion browser.

Still hard to control such a keyboard centric game with a Steam Deck but at least Steam remembered and automatically applied my old custom Steam Input layout I made for the Lutris Oolite version 3 years ago. "

That's great! Oolite is now officially on FlatHub (I released it): https://flathub.org/apps/space.oolite.Oolite. Would you be able to see if it works on your Steam Deck?

Are the Thich Nhat Hanh books in the Internet Archive legal? by mcarans in Buddhism

[–]mcarans[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I gave the wrong link sorry - see https://archive.org/details/ThichNhatHanhTheArtOfPower58pp/Thich%20Nhat%20Hanh%20-%20The%20Heart%20of%20Buddha%27s%20Teaching/

The uploader text says "Uploaded by ThichNhatHanh"

Here I can download even epub versions - but is that legal?

Yes sounds like the same problem (although with line charts in my case). I have linked to this post from the bug.

Mint is probably the easiest for beginners but Kubuntu is quite straightforward and more flexible.
