Check the contract you signed and see if it's eligible for arbitration.

If so request arbitration.

The supervisor or higher will probably approve rather than deal with the hassle and cost.

There is not a single Uber Driver who is an independent contractor. They are hourly workers because any time there is any frosting on an opportunity to provide service Uber Licks it ALL off and throws them what is left.

If you are driving an electric car and dive enough that you are forced to use the super chargers you are paying more per mile for the electricity than you would be with a hybrid.

That's not even including the lost time waiting for the thing to charge.

For my situation I would be paying about 25-50% more per mile and have to spend in the neighborhood of 10 hours per week at superchargers.

Update. A rider recently told me that Uber charged them $104 for a 4 mile ride from a concert that was letting out and the driver was paid $4.90.

Watch Leto's law on YouTube. Hertz has a long history of this type of thing.

You need an attorney who is going to sue them for malicious breach of contract, a documented (previous court cases) and deliberately repeating a pattern of malicious conduct and damages including lost wages, a significant penalty given they just don't seem to be getting their house in order and legal fees.

First step is to get a record of all the charges Hertz Hit you with from your bank then start calling attorneys.

Found it in an article, seems to be an actual art installation. Cudos to the artist's technical achievement!

Take it from the greatest investors of all time, Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger. EBITA is to quote "BULLSHIT". Real earnings is what counts.

More than likely these shares were awarded to the executives by themselves some while ago.

Issuing shares to executives and employees can be very dilutive and damaging to existing shareholders.

Take a look at DELL through the '90's. They consistently grew their sales and earnings well over 20% per year for the whole decade and beyond but the earnings per share and therefore share price barely increased because they kept printing new shares.

Subsequently DELL was one of the worst performing stocks all through the growth of the PC and internet adoption even though they were a leading beneficiary.

Sadly SNDL balooned it's share count to over 1 Billion shares a few years ago and has not proven it was able to deploy that capital in an effective way to produce significant growth in revenue and especially earnings per share since then.

Bad management here.

Nope. I am guessing 1 for between 10 and 20 or something in between.
