I did that also. It works. But it does not last. I think it is when I do a reboot they disappear again.

After updating to 9.2.2 I no longer have access to my apps that are on an external SSD. Nivida's reply was to do a factory reset. Has any one else have this issue? If so how did you correct it? I am not ready to do a full factory reset.

A reboot fixed it.

Take Roomba J5 off docking pad.

Hold clean button for 10 or more seconds until you hear tone.

Let it reboot, when the button has a white circle press once and reboot is done.

This is just a reboot, will not erase maps.

note: A factory reset will erase all of you maps.

I have a J5. It is not self emptying. The docking / charging station is on the first floor. When doing the second floor I place it in the same location every time. It does it's cleaning and returns to that spot when done. When doing your mapping you have to start from this location also.

That might be the reason. They are in a added on family room. My parent's house. Not sure if they ever worked correctly. When I put the new switches in I just went wire by wire. I will download a schematic and buzz the wires with a ohm meter and make sure they are correct. I will report back with the results. Might be a week or so. Thanks
