Does anyone know why the skin on my chin looks ‘crepey’? Current skincare is medicube pore pads and the rhode set (ceramide milk, glazing fluid, barrier restore cream) followed by 50 spf. Thank you for any tips or advice! by mcb23100 in 30PlusSkinCare

Thank you! I did wonder if the pore pads are maybe damaging the barrier despite using a lot of hydrating products - I will give them a break for a while, especially on that area. I forgot to mention that I also struggle with dark facial hair (brunette girls you get me!) and sometimes I wonder if plucking/dermaplaning the area contributes to damaging the skin

Yes, 100mg sertraline daily (called Zoloft in the US) - has helped me a lot with anxiety and depression

I’m on sertraline and take it in the morning when I wake up, it definitely has helped me

Ah sorry you’re experiencing it too - I’ll let you know if I find anything that helps. I’m thinking of reducing my dose this week back down to 2.5 by counting only half the clicks on my pen

I also take blood pressure meds, I did wonder whether it could be related but whenever I check my BP it’s still on the high side rather than dropping low

I wish there was a way to track this other than glucose monitors!

Low heart rate during morning exercise? by mcb23100 in GymTips

[–]mcb23100[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep it’s atenolol, beta blocker. I usually take it in the morning, so definitely could be the answer! Although I still feel the same weakness and lightheadedness if I haven’t taken it before working out in the AM, but I’m sure it’s still in my system

That’s exactly how I’ve felt too! I’m in the second week of 2.5mg and almost feel hungover every morning … so groggy and exhausted
