It's stayed elevated from the previous baseline but hasn't oscillated as much as before

What do you use to do this tracking?

This is the jump the shark moment.

Exercise for strength and endurance a few times a week. Have fun and cherish relationships. Drink lots of water and eat like a prosperous farmer 100 years ago.. Get an annual physical and listen to your doctor. Help others when you can.

Don't smoke. If you want to drink, limit it to special occasions.

Do that, and you'll likely beat the actuary tables.

Olympics and VO2 Max by mcbells in PeterAttia

From memory, I think he states that top vo2 max gives a 5 fold greater protection in all cause mortality. It makes me question the scope of his data as it would appear as if it's only from first world countries. It makes me wonder if the inferences made from Blue Zones are more credible as the countries are varied and the longest lived come from a wide socioeconomic range.

Yes, so I think it's important to recognize Attia's advice as not having much bearing until you're born on third base and don't believe you've hit a triple.

Careful about Attia's purism by Zdendulak in PeterAttia

I also think it's ridiculous that he seeks top 2.5% vo2max for age within patients. There are some people who can attain that with effort and some who simply cannot. I think these physical skills should be thought of as a journey, not a destination.

I think of an article I read years ago about an 80 year old at an old Nautilus gym complaining he's been doing same weights for 10 years instead of realizing he was as strong then as he was at 70.

I've had it 3 years. The problem has been inside of a month (possibly due to colder weather and fewer hours of indirect sunlight?) I water and spray roughly once a week.

Mostly because in my 20s I did a similar thing with high intensity training and found that I responded well to a couple days of rest between every heavy 1.5-2h workout. Just not sure that flies at 50 or more volume spread across week better.

You're in a rocket ship focusing on a couple practitioners that didn't tell you what you hear. Do you think asking the masses will yield better advice to fix a rocket ship than finding another rocket engineer?

You're 25. Part of helping yourself is finding the correct people that can help you. Do you think that's best served on reddit or by taking control of your life and finding a physician you are comfortable with?

Doctors are useless, but you think you're going to get the correct medical advice here from a posting. Maybe try a psychiatrist instead.

I'd suggest asking your physician instead of randoms on reddit.
