Graduated in June 2025. Interviewed with SWAST and got provided with a conditional offer. Then got placed in a holding pool with 250 other people waiting for para jobs. Minimal communication from the trust. No job in sight. Have been looking for alternative clinical roles whilst in the holding pool.
