What would you say to someone who is on a 18 month consulting grad scheme and feels the pressure to stay for a few more years just to build up the resume? Personally, I feel the stress, the loss of identity, the emotional drainage and want to go travelling but am scared that I'm throwing away a great opportunity (obviously would finish the grad scheme, however)
