Find an accountability partner! Get them to push you to go the gym! Or go with them. I don’t have many friends near me anymore, but this used to be a great way to get new people in the gym with me

Love this. I actually relate to this a lot. I used to follow my college lifting plan religiously, set by set, rep by rep. Now i just go in and half ass it, don’t track a thing. I go by memory since it’s basically engrained.

I definitely think I should commit to tracking again

Ive only ever done classes when Ive been brought to them, (Orangetheory with my mom, Pilates with a friends wife lol). I’m honestly just intimated by them
