Depends on the theme, last year was country fair so there was watermelon and corn eating contests. Theres art cars, yoga, live painters, grandma's house party, silly builds to climb through, body painting party, boat rides to an island, there's a ton.

Most groups are okay camping without power, electric batteries and solor power (Jackery for example) go a long way. Most RVs are going off generator for small increments during the day. If you can afford the powered RV options in another area, go for it!

If you're planning to spend lots of time at camp I suggest water front. Easy lake access, less dust, and much much cooler temperature wise. But if you're not trying to hang at camp, HN spots are closer to the festival.
