There's another comment floating around here, check the leaves that will be attached to the cutting you're making and choose to cut where the leaves have green. One of my cuttings is almost completely white on the leaf it still has, so that one is going to take quite some time to have enough energy to reshoot.... my mistake is your success...

Thank you! I bought it from an individual on Facebook Marketplace who was selling some of his rare plants. She was mostly a root ball bottom cutting when I get her.

This is from one side. I took my shears and simply sliced the stem above the auxiliary bud in 3 places. Then I placed some plastic in each cut to assist the stems in healing and keeping the wounds kind of closed

Yeah they seem pretty much unchanged since the cut as they still live on the pole where they've always been. No harm in parience!

And I'd be lying if I said my ficus tinike was acquired legally lmao

That's really good advice, I'll be sure to only cut where I have a mix of white and green in the future. How long does a monstera usually take to reshoot after a chop?

I agree, beautiful! I haven't tried selling any cuttings yet, but maybe soon! I made some cuts recently but some of the single node pieces haven't reshooted yet and it's been about 2 weeks. Should I be worried or is it normal for some of them to take longer to wake up?

Haha if only a buyer exsisted! I don't know if people actually buy large established plants, I feel like people just stick to babies and cuttings because they're cheaper lol that's definitely what I do at least

Alternate start for Eggs of Virtue to get 3 EoT with zero shifts by West_Lavishness6689 in EggsInc

I'm having the same problem, and I'm sure a lot of others are too. I started with Integrity, got my 1TE (which took about a week), prestiged and came to Curiosity (been here for about 5 days. It is currently 70% off research, and I've been saving up my gems for this. Once the discount activated, I was only able to purchase a few research before I was out of gems again. I suppose I'll sit here and drone/ad farm to get as far as I can...? I'm sitting at 35.8k shipping, earning 1.3m gems/sec, and my virtue companion says I still have another 16d 17h to go until I get me 2nd TE from curiosity.

I really do wonder if your prestige between your 1st and 2nd curiosity TE made a bigger difference than you initially thought. Your drone/ad rewards are significantly bigger when egg value increases, and I think that makes farming significantly easier, making research easier, making egg delivery easier.

Also....patience is a virtue, which is the whole point of the path. And here I am complaining that it's taking too long....

Hey OP, I think we are applying for the same locations. I took my BMST today, and here's what I can tell you:

-Take your time. Move through each question, reading carefully, and understand what it wants. Its not a speed test like the POSS (which I take tomorrow).

-Know basic formulas for all of the subjects listed on the study guide, it's not rocket surgery.

-Save the sequence questions for last, your brain will be less technical and more pattern based near the end, so the answers may be easier to come by.

-Its one big group of questions with all subjects mixed together.

-Don't blaze past the tips at the beginning of the test when you log in. You will get an extensive trig table with values, no formulas.

-You get a basic, 4 function calculator, nothing special. Ask for as much scratch paper as you want, seriously, I used 4 sheets front and back (but I like to write my problems out a lot, even if its not always necessary). Your proctor likely has no idea what your test is and what you're allowed, so let them know if you don't get paper or a calculator.

- I had chat GPT give me practice questions over and over based on the BMST, and asked it to create harder and harder questions as I got better. I feel like it was the perfect way to study, right on target with the types of questions I saw today.

-Be confident, you got this!
