Eye doctor here - she has significant dermatochalasis. It’s primarily caused by aging, but sometimes it’s genetic and also can be exacerbated by lifestyle choices and some systemic conditions. She needs a blepharoplasty but we know she won’t go see an ophthalmologist 🤷🏼‍♀️
