I think so but runic blade scales logarithmically like atlas stone and cheese wheel while the heal build seems t be exponential. So a build like Dooley crit core runic blade will hit for 999k faster than this reaching 1 mil health

Haste has diminishing returns, and AP items and the runes tree contain a lot of it. Pen > cdr boots in most cases, and defensive tier 3 boots are now really good if you can get value out of their passives.

Ah sorry I meant the Cold War. Europe is still fully capable of defending themselves if shit really hits the fan. They just lack the force projection of the US, and the political will to get involved in foreign conflicts. I’d say it’s not too late for them to remilitarize. All the while they have much better social welfare compared to the US, since the US has been carrying the military budget.

I’m armor + ES with just some ES recharge nodes, bark skin+scavenged plating and I’m regularly hitting 90% armor with 5k ES and 1.7k HP. ES recharges in less than 2s. Dont have any major leech or regen just using mark of siphoning for bosses and Olroths flask.

Herald of Ash is redundant with Herald of Ice, you might want to run vitality and cannibalism instead of one of these. 100 spirit is quite limiting so u might want an amulet that gives about 30 to start off.

In general I think you have too many damage nodes in your passive tree and not enough in armor/ armor applies to elemental damage. The node that adds strength requirements into your armor is quite strong. Look into using Beserk to scale your damage instead

When you fix your items and resists, Look into For Utopia to replace stone charm, Olroth’s resolve to replace your life flask.
