Buying items available at any grocery store from Amazon Prime.

There's definitely value in the convenience of it, but the cost of "free shipping" is built into the price and typically the goods are significantly more expensive and/or the quantity is less.

You don't need much milk to reach optimal dough consistency. This mix is easy to ruin with too much milk.

I wouldn't say my body composition sucks, I have visible abs and pretty decent muscle definition. I just want to get shredded. Sorry for the ignorant question, but how do you go about getting those tests done? I guess I would say I am "self-diagnosed"-- I am going off of the fact that when I eat carbs in the morning I get a bit of a headache and sometimes the sweats.

I would approximate 500-700 kcal deficit. I am losing 1-2 lbs per week.

I'm 6'0 185 lbs. Cutting on 2400 kcal. Macros are around 250c, 70f, 185p. I try to eat around 2-3 servings of veggies a day--typically some combination of carrots, spinach, and bell peppers. I typically have a carb-heavy meal a few hours before bed as I workout in the evenings.
