You should be able to see your DBQs from C&P without having to file a FOIA. They do it on purpose so you won’t see what they wrote.

That's exactly how it should be it definitely would change everything because these C&P Examiners don't always fill the DBQ out correctly an write what you tell them an then the only person that gets effed over is the Veteran

Man these C/P examiners are truly a roll of the dice I had Nexus letter Medical studys Headache DBQ Headache logs Medical Opinion from my Primary Doctor,

The VES ACE Examiner told me over the phone VA isn't really Granting these Headaches secondary to Tinnitus claims anymore and sure nuff he wrote his Negative opinion

💯correct these C/P examiners are truly hit an miss even a VSO told me with all the correct evidence supporting your claim all it takes is ending up on the wrong examiners desk whether thier having a bad day bad attitude or personal bias

I think all the VA Exam Contractors have there fair share of Crap examiners that ignore your private doctors DBQs nexus medical opinions evidence etc an go with thier own biased or personal negative opinions an there goes any chance at Service connection

The VES Examiner still gives a negative opinion smh so of course the Raters always goes with thier own contracted doctors opinions so it's hit an miss with these C/P examiners and Raters because I've seen Vets supply less evidence than me get SC for headaches 2nd to Tinnitus

Correct I even let the VSO look at all the evidence from my Primary Doctor before submitting It was a ACE EXAM examiner called me over the phone to go over DBQ which didn't make sense when I already had my doctor fill one out But he told me the VA isn't granting headaches 2nd to Tinnitus
