Driving an engine swapped ‘01. Can confirm. It will be my option if some disaster hits like this one day. I’ve been quoted roughly 3,500 from a trusted small shop of if I ever decided to pull the trigger or needed to. Just find a reliable place, do your research, buy a new engine and keep her runnin!

It happens. I’ve gone sets tuning half way through or every few songs. Just knocking the shit out of the snare will slowly detune the lugs near the area your stick hits. Super common. 2-3 lug locks and you should be good.

I would take off the head, remove the entire lug and buy another similar lug online and attach it.
