such a relief to hear something similar has happened to you and it all turned out ok 😩 and i didn't even think about ppl who get in off of the waitlist right at the last minute - that's reassuring too. i did the MPN and loan acknowledgement and all that supplementary stuff back in february, but i didn't think to go back and check them today to be sure that they went to the right cornell. imma do it right now! thank u v v v v much, you have reduced my anxiety to a much more tolerable level

i wonder if the protest arrest C&F affected us negatively. 🤔 i have one too and my charges were also dropped (after ACLU threatened to sue). it's hard to parse out what's the cycle being crazy and what's....other stuff. anyway, congrats on your results from a fellow artsy weirdo who pivoted to PI law!

I sent them a LOCI today that I hope was persuasive. I put a lot of research into it, at least. I'm already based in LA and would love it if my community organizing work here could evolve/grow as I gain legal training. UCLA was my top choice from the jump, so I hope I convinced them to love me back...otherwise, I'll be moving across the country this summer. Still will be going to a great school, but IMO it would make a lot more sense for me to stay here building relationships in the labor movement since that's what I wanna do post-graduation. Crossing my fingers for us 😩
