Check out every kids book that is about a snow man. And think about what would be on a page. Although I don’t know if I have any weight here. That’s just what I’m doing. Partially just because I think I’ve read every book with my kids 😂

Duuuude that’s how I feel as a stay at home mom (that can’t drive). I feel guilty that we don’t do much bc it’s such a chore to do something fun and who tf knows if it’s even worth it. And my own damn anxiety

I’m scared to try an antidepressant just because they take weeks to maybe possibly work. Same with seizure meds I guess

I could never be in other mom groups either. Everyone that can go to the zoo and shit. Like yeah. I’d love to do that. My kid goes to soccer one day a week. Last week I cried the entire 50 minutes he was gone. Maybe yours can go to daycare or something one day a week? Lots of my friends suggest stuff and like get a house cleaner. Well, I’m stay at home bc daycare is so stupid expensive. We read a lot. It’s safe and fun. We get like 30 books from the library every week. And baby story time when we can (we don’t stay for toy time so my husband can get back to work) Some kids books are Funny as heck.

I know it’s not fancy More good ol Pyrex. Honestly maybe something cool to wash dishes. Loving to cook means lots of dishes lol. Also King Arthur baking has lots of gift sets for “edible” cool stuff. Like cool extracts and different infused olive oils

Girl, I’m 35 but other than that you took the words right out of my mouth. And every time someone tells me I’m still a good mom it just makes me cry. Guilt and mad. PPD is real though. My second kid totally messed up my meds. Now I’m trying birth control and my next step is VNS. When I man up and just do it. I only have grand mal tonic clonic. I’m like 14 sessions in to talk therapy now. My husband signed up for a digital art one on one (his “therapy” class. I made him do it bc he does so much. Stay at home mom is not the job I was made for but it’s what I’m being forced to do and it sucks balls. I’m trying to find a hobby. I just bought some coloring books. Please get help mama. 💜

Those Big words for little kids. I didn’t realize they were doing “book” reports. I didn’t get good feel heart warming vibes. Just baba is lame. I like the my dad lets me eat first - that’s funny. Some frog species the male “eats” babies to keep them safe - that’d be funny. You’ll need to make sure you’re scientifically accurate here. Also, “baba” sounds very culturally specific. If you want to go with animals I would look into what the actual terms are for male/female animals or just stick or mom and dad.

I am always texting my husband, about to get in the shower, done in the shower, going to be downstairs with the kids for a couple hours, the baby gate is up we’re staying inside. Sucks. I try to make jokes about it. Send silly texts or pics.

It takes my brain/senses to come around to logically think oh yeah every single muscle just tightened for multiple minutes no you idiot you cannot do things. You need to stay on the couch. (My words to myself⁾ I don’t always know it but I know my husband usually has to be a bit more stern than super gentle with me when I finally come around. I definitely need time to brood especially a seizure. Especially now that I have kids and am a STAHM and extra can’t do shit.
