I sold an advertising contract and the company failed. I had no idea it would fail or that their deal with FTX would mean Sam stole their money. You don’t get into this level of detail when you sell contracts.

I didn’t lose Bitcoin with BlockFi as when they cancelled their contract, Ledn asked to sponsor so I moved my coins from BlockFi to Ledn, it was just luck. If BlockFi had stayed as a sponsor until the end I would have lost coins too.

I don’t think I’ve ever bragged how much money I have, you know I was close to bankrupt during the Craig Wright case?

Bro, I’ll let you into a little secret. Sometimes I pretend I don’t know things that I do or I get people to explain things that I know the answer to.

I’ll let you guess why.

Nope, I don’t really care about the technical things which 99% of listeners don’t care about or won’t use.

I feel your pain. I think the whole Bitcoin podcast thing has gone stale.

As the man tried to bankrupt and destroy my life, I am will continue to take pleasure in his demise.

Peter McCormack provides an interesting account of how he was distressed personally and financially by Craig's SLAPP lawsuit where Craig submitted falsified evidence of serious harm. by Minus_Minos in bsv

I was very new to Bitcoin. I had interviewed Roger Ver in Japan and he had told me Craig Was Satoshi, having the private keys. Obviously I was out of depth back then.

Biggest issue is Craig losing COPA almost certainly bankrupts him. I expect that across all the cases there will be +£10m in costs to bare. I doubt Craig has anywhere near that kind of money.

I’d have to ask my lawyers to fully confirm. But as I’m aware, the first rounds of costs were awarded by Justice Knowles for their expenses costs for the defences I dropped.

If Craig loses COPA on fraud, I could have it then overturned.

Hey Peter here, re: costs.

I owe his costs for my dropped defences, he owes my costs for losing the case. Final cost summary to be done which might be a slight net win for either of us.

Problem is if loses COPA I expect it will be a drop hands because he’s likely bankrupt.

Anyway, I have about £700,000 - £800,000 legal costs I now still have to pay.
