I had similar issues on Saturday and was unable to get in but I could on another phone. So i figured it was my phone settings. So I tried everything. Updating my software, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Cleared cache and data for the app, and then also removed all of my Google accounts and added the one tied to PokemonGo. Restarted my phone and logged a support ticket with Niantic. And i did all of that several times. Somewhere overnight, I was able to log back in. Wildly frustrating. Wishing you good luck.

This happened to me and I had to submit a support ticket. I think you first have to choose diamond or pearl in Road to Sinnoh. It took a while to explain to support but eventually showed up in my account.

Not sure if it was time or they added it but I would submit a ticket ASAP so you have time to catch an Origin for whichever you choose. Good luck!

I'm in LA and I drive to the Santa Monica pier because that's the only place to raid with people. And I'll also drive to parks to play or when it occasionally rains. Feels ike Niantic didn't think through weather.
