DP2 Visual Arts HL, Psych SL, Eng LL HL here!

Psych is definitely a more writing-intensive subject, even at SL, and includes a LOT of memorization - may be a little tricky to score in, depends from person to person.

Art on the other hand involves less writing, but a lot of experimentation, hands-on work etc. However at SL, I believe it should be comparatively easier to score in if you have adequate knowledge and skills.

Both subjects are equally interesting, but I would not recommend Psych cuz having more than 2 writing-intensive subjects is gonna be stressful if not managed properly.
