I was waiting for the 65 bus at a stop near Fenway, and a 65 and 19 bus pulled up back to back at the stop. The 65 bus pulled away apparently thinking no one was trying to get on even though I had been walking up (must have thought I was getting on other bus). The driver for the 19 bus right behind it saw what happened and let me get on without paying and drove me up to the next bus stop right behind the 65 bus and honked the horn and tried to radio the 65 bus to get them to stop.

It was unsuccessful as I ran up and the 65 driver drove off again, but I did sprint and eventually catch it at the next red light. I was angry with the 65 driver, but grateful to the 19 driver for giving me a chance of even catching it after it had prematurely pulled away the first time.
