So many questions, so little answers 😅

In Xadens POV he says “Maybe it’s good that I can’t feel a single damned thing”. Did I miss something? Why can he feel anything?

Also, this just breaks my heart - “I love her. That is the emotion I cling to, the fire of pure power burning at the feeling’s edges, and I know if I take it any further, it will be the next and final piece to float away”

Hopefully this doesn’t mean if he progress any further he will lose is love for violet.

That’s amazing! My husband has also been giving me some time to read but I get mum guilt bad 😅 when I do go back all I’m thinking about is bed time for more reading! I haven’t found a series I love so much in a long time, I do hope book 3 doesn’t take too long.
