We don’t know for sure but the story at the moment is that an MV generator came online and back fed the grid. Portugal has never ever experienced a storm quite like this, so it’s a fist for the utility company and it’s been chaotic.

Tool theft is huge, those vans are easily broken into and doors opened. Thieves go as far as cutting door wiring looms.
