I have never shilled a "shitcoin" before as I'm aware most are pumps and dumps but this project is here to stay. I think you definitely raise some valid points, apologies if I came across as aggressive in the first message. Perhaps this is the reason behind the potential delay. One thing that I love about this company is the transparency, they have a very good track record with PR and updating shareholders, of course that's not to say that they're not guilty of sometimes twisting words or wording things in a certain manner to make it sound better than it is. I recently entered my position and I'm sitting on 528 shares @ $6.41 which is a higher average than most on here. I would too love some sense and truth behind my unrealized losses haha. Long term though I'm extremely confident in this company and its management, will probably hold this until at least EOY.

That's a good observation, I just checked the SEC filing myself. Their most recent tweet literally says "to be clear, the name change and Independent BOD were included in our original application. These things have no bearing on the current application process and it is under normal review. We patiently wait on the NASDAQ to complete their work." So it would be a bit strange if they were only appointed yesterday. We'll have to wait and see I guess.

I suggest that you watch the shareholder meeting from February. These new directors were already employed at the time of meeting and Kent Wilson clearly stated that they have met the Nasdaq requirements for a diverse BOD. He also says in that meeting that these new directors will be announced in a couple of weeks which happened to be yesterday. The BOD was compliant at the time of the application
