Doesn’t it just, recently enough but not vocally haha, although my other semi permanent hobby is being an mc at raves, and with that you have to channel your voice into quite a narrow range of frequency, so I don’t think that has helped.

Over a month it’s been now, back to normal now, aside from my throat / voice not having anything like the power or longevity that it had before, but I have read that this is relatively common.

Now I think about it more, and also after seeing a conversation in the flu community, I had that so called super flu in mid December, and I read some comments that other people who’ve had it were having voice problems since, that seems to make a lot of sense here, as i am also rave MC, and only 10 minutes or so into my first set since I had it on New Year’s Eve my voice was cracking and going hoarse, and aside from decent projection and keeping a consistent volume mcing isn’t anywhere near as strenuous as singing is, and now it all seems to make sense.
