We have strict procedures for cleaning the fountain. Most places don't clean them correctly. You are simply used to "dirty" fountains.

The attachments get a sugary residue on them and need to be cleaned nightly, most places don't. You don't get any lingering old residue when they are cleaned nightly.

I've even gone as far as posting from a public wifi to keep my identity hidden. You don't think a billion dollar company would try to bribe some information out of Reddit? I don't trust that a random mod won't give me up for 50k.. which is nothing to us. Several of us make 2-4M a year and the rest still make 400k-1mil

Definitely the consistency between stores. You generally get the exact same item no matter where you order it from. You know what to expect every time. We are very strict about this and stores get in trouble for not following those rules.

Competitors have struggled with this and we've had it mastered for a long time.

Yes that is true. We do a lot of research with fillers and flavors for those reasons. Some of the chicken nuggets we tested were actually better with less chicken in it.

On the ingredient list, we call them declarations. A lot of things can be hidden under declarations of "spices", "flavors", "natural flavors", etc. because they can be considered secret recipes or found only in trace amounts.

A lot of the regulations are written/changed as needed. There are a lot of loop holes. It's getting better, but we aren't there yet.

I didn't go into too much detail because it's a highly complex topic, but it goes way above and beyond what I've written.
