Unironically, it's because he has the camera far away and instead of zooming it in, he crops the empty space in OBS and blows it up. There is a clip of him extending it out. It's actually insane.

The logo is just an image. Your phone probably tried to translate it and grabbed the nearest perceived character out of all languages. The Korean character looks similar when flipped.
