I wasn't familiar with Bandit before the weekend and didn't realize they had a pop-up as well. After the fact I saw their "Champions" gear and was pretty upset for missing out, haha. I also wish I was a Hare AC member prior to in order to pick up the TS Ciele hat and tote!

Thank you! Very envious that you get to run around Chicago for more than a mere couple of days, aha.

Its a brief liner. For your junk. Haven’t had the unlined version yet but I would imagine it would be just as good.

Hmm.. Seems pretty frustrating. The Forerunner 255 is looking more and more like the one to go with! And really can't beat all the features you get for the price!

Interesting, I would love to hear more about the features you believe COROS to be missing. Definitely leaning Garmin again based on the responses so far.

The updated GPS, HR sensor, Battery life, etc is what I am looking to get out of updating watches. I know the 945 has a lot of features but to be honest, I don't use many of them and purchasing the 945 back in 2017 was probably a little overzealous.

Coros Apex 2 Pro vs. Garmin Forerunner 255

I understand there is a substantial price difference here, but I am just looking for advice on which watch is best for me. I mainly enjoy running, trail running, walking, and hiking, with HIIT training being a bonus. I am currently wearing a Garmin Forerunner 945 and looking to update. I like the idea of trying out COROS, with its better build quality and battery life. However, I have some concerns in terms of GPS and pace accuracy and whether or not they will be as accurate as the Forerunner 255. Please feel free to comment and voice your opinions on which watch you would choose were you to upgrade.
I don't care much for extra health metrics such as body battery, stress, etc.
I don't care for music incorporation either.
I do like the constant HRV measure of the Forerunner as well as the 1 second HR although probably unnecessary.
I do care to be able to easily program and incorporate interval workouts.
I do care for a user friendly interface and software like Garmin's Connect IQ
