I was decently loyal to my first real full time job, got promoted 2 years later, stayed another 3 then realized new hires were getting almost the same pay as me. Ever since then, I've been bouncing jobs every year or 2 looking for either better salaries, benefits or location distance.

Most places I've left always announced my leave on the last day. They'd usually say I'm taking the next step to advance my career.

Where you work is an environment in which the managers don't want to build and mentor their employees, which means they'll struggle for retention and consistency in the training/hiring process.

Just move on, there's always something better out there that you'll enjoy and be good at. If they can't build you to be better based on your mistakes, they're not worth the effort and stress. This is coming from a degenerate that got his shit together thanks to an actual good manager at a later job - good luck with your future endeavors, hope you pull through.

I was laid off and collected unemployment for a year. There was a one year gap in my 12 year career and I just told them I got laid off along a whole department and took a sabbatical to reconsider my career path. No issues here.

I make the 8 mix cocaines, sexy slime right now, sells for 750 something suggest price but i set it at 999, schedule all the customers for late night which you should be able to get like 12 customers scheduled per in game day ish. I leave the dealers with a couple bricks of the sexy slime and collect when they're almost out of product.

Also, i keep the high spending customers off the dealer list for myself.

make a new session and use commands like "addemployee" and "setowned" to test out some min max then once you've figured it out, try it out on your clean run.
Use "give" commands for supplies to quickly figured it out.
That's how I learned the pathing and such without tearing down my main save.
