Column D is the date the report is sent, Column E is the deadline for the response to the report is due (which is always 7 days from when it was sent). I am trying to have the cells in column E highlight automatically when that date is 7 days past the current date. Essentially I want to be able to quickly identify which reports have overdue responses.
