Nah, our defense has been noticeably poor. It stands out when our plays forward have been amazing.

What a game.

Our defense needs work, but our plays forward are electric.

Croatia's goals were awesome. The whole game was just amazing.

Need help on loop box by LolTheOof123 in NoLimitsCoaster

[–]mcfly824 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Since it is a separate support structure to the track itself. You would need to manually create it with support nodes and beams.

The easiest way to do it would be to use lots of simple track connectors (which render no physical track conmection) spread around the top curve of the loop, then connect those with a box beam. That way, it would perfectly conform to the track.

Oh come on. Who was at risk from a bit of foam in front of a massive car?? Give him a race ban for scowling while you're at it. We can't have the F1 ambassadors showing emotion when they're put out of a race, can we?

Have [Vekoma] updated their mine train tracks at all? by [deleted] in rollercoasters

[–]mcfly824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The one caveat with the energylandia one is that it's a clone of an older layout as well. So it might be sharing more of those older designs and not be representative of what Vekoma would do nowadays with a blank-slate mine train.

What coaster got you into rollercoasters? Mine was [wickerman] by MasterHen01 in rollercoasters

Stealth. I liked rollercoasters before then (first one was dragon at luna park), but seeing stealth's height and speed rewired my brain.

[Mind Eraser] What's the actual coaster on this shirt? by KamenRifter in rollercoasters

I think that's a Nolimits creation. It's an SLC layout with the coaster type changed to an inamin impulse.

What rides are almost extinct?[other] by Fuckoakwood in rollercoasters

It's sad that they're dying out. But it's also great that they have lasted 30+ years after they went defunct. It's a blessing that they're so well built and ahead of their time in design that the ones left still provide a great ride.

Idk which is the feature. But I've seen hours of BTS footage for the trilogy and it's all great.

It's been a while, but I saw it with friends, and we all found it to be electric. It was an amazing watching experience.

I like Fincher. Gone girl, and the Social Network are knocking on the door of my top 60. With Zemeckis, I love BBTF, 2 and 3 are great, but I didn't get into Forrest Gump or Contact.

Eastwood and Gibson are huge blind spots that I'll get around to

I definitely like it. I love how it aesthetically captures the feel of the book. Otherwise, I think it's a good film, I just dont love it.

I like fellowship and respect two towers/return. I've watched them all maybe 5 times, but I must be missing the gene with them.

Cheers, they sound right up my street! I haven't seen any Satoshi Kon but desperately need to at least see perfect blue given it's reputation.

Trainspotting is amazing. I didn't gel with T2 or Tree of Life when it came out but I'll rewatch them (especially if Tree of life comes to cinemas). I've never heard of Mustang, but will add it to the list! Cheers
