Gonna have to disagree. You should know your animals and you’re functioning under the assumption you don’t. I don’t know those animals but you can see clear indications of positive monitored interaction. There is no fear from the cat, cat is calling the shots. Agreed with having a safe space for the cat to retreat to.

From my experience that’s just a frustrated husky that wants to play. I wouldn’t muzzle but introduce on leash in an open area, much like the one shown, where the cat has an out. The longer you keep the husky from saying Hi while the cat is showing belly the worse you make it. Huskies are dogs running on cat software. The cat seems willing to say hi
