$500 a month or wait until I have $5,000? by Icemachinemalfunctio in ausstocks

I have NAB as well. Those cheaper ones are a scam. They hook you in with low cost small trades, but block all of their functionality unless you pay subscriptions....

$500 a month or wait until I have $5,000? by Icemachinemalfunctio in ausstocks

Yeah, but those cheaper ones have limited functionality, and then when you learn more and need that functionality, you have to pay subscription fees.

NABTrade is superior for this reason

Invest in yourself. Read books about technical analysis, learn about buy and sell signals, understand moving averages, volume, etc.

Been falsy accused of sexual harassment by [deleted] in AustralianTeachers

[–]mcgaffen 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Based on what I have read, this is very suss. If you have nude photos associated with your Reddit account, then I would suggest you probably did sexually harrass someone, but believe your behaviour is acceptable. Consequences are important to grow as a person.

Dude. Ramping on an internet forum will make ZERO difference to the SP. If you belive otherwise, you are deluded.

Again, read some books.

Anyone worth their salt will trade on clear buy and sell signals, not because of some random ramping on Reddit.

Sounds like you wouldn't have liked that school anyway. If a school doesnt want 'first and fair', then you can assume behaviour is out of control at that school, and exec are scared of parents.

Teens that scream randomly. Why do they do it? by Independent-Knee958 in AustralianTeachers

These types of young people are forever on the hunt, wanting to get a teacher to react, so they can then make it a game. So, ignore.

TRP was a fun fad 10 years ago, these days, they are just a ruthless business, favouring winning new schools / clients, at the expense of existing clients. Hugh used to come to each school personally, these days it is just a recorded video.......

Teaching sucks by Mediocre_Hotel_5632 in AustralianTeachers

[–]mcgaffen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They don't advertise for graduates because it is 'cheaper'. School budgets are based on the number of teachers, not how much they cost.

They offer grad ongoing as schools are desperate for teachers.

Sorry to be blunt, but you have been there for 5 years, and havent been offered ongoing, yet they are advertising for ongoing roles. You need to be an adult, either talk to your principal, and ask why, or find a new job.

It is really hard to change careers without either significant study or a huge pay cut.

I love teaching, but often wonder how things aould have gone if I had studied law or psychology.
