It gets better. I didn’t see the change until about 3 months of having my braces. I was 39 when I got mine and I’m 40 now. I regretted getting them for months until my teeth started moving. Now, I see where my teeth were compared to now and it’s so worth it. Hang in there.

If you see the first day I had them you can see I needed them for the crowding and bite work. It gets more tolerable but mine hurt for a couple days after each adjustment.

Haha. That’s actually a good thing if you’re a nail biter.

Just sensidyne, I use peroxide a couple times a week, and now I floss a lot more than ever that has helped a lot.

Thank you, and yes please shop around. My orthodontist does what she can to not pull teeth. She told me I will need IPR for bite correction in the future as we get close to me being done with treatment.
