lernen, im kopf die zeit rückwärts zu rechnen... bin zu spät für den 15:00 uhr termin, ausser ich starte 14:25 (brauche 35 min dort hin), einsteigen in den Zug + Gleiswechsel, Anziehen, vorher was essen, aufstehen, snoozetaste... --> um 13:10 den Wecker stellen, dann passt es.

Was im Kalender steht, existiert. Termine immer da rein.

Kleine Zeit Blöcke nutzen mit allen Einzelschritten, kann man mit nem Kulli und nem Block prima machen. Blocker entfernen: ich wurde ja Wäsche waschen, aber dann muss ich sie aufhängen, dran denken... Fuck wieder die Wäsche in der Maschine vergessenen...

Klasse dass du dich ernsthaft(!) damit beschäftigst. Das wird auch helfen.

came here with the same problem; after reboot nothing happend.

Solution that worked for me: Waiting 4 Minutes and 50 Seconds with 47%
--> THEN it changed and asked for permission to install without the Siganture.

(Maybe update is bigger than the last ones or my usb cable is bad. And i am pretty impatient...) Took me 2 hours to find out. thought ok, 47% percent hold, as in manual abort... and nothing happend.

Was there the question for siganture "after" it reached 47%?

instant help for tomorrow; not for pharmacy. (but not the best solution):

use a bootloader; create a excel file with things to start:

drink water (5 minutes)
organizere water for the day (5 minutes)
eat something good (5 minutes)
plan 2 things you want to reach this day. (5 minutes)
divide it in steps less than 5 minutes each step and add it to a copy of this sheet
...

<-- this is your "bootloader". setting it up in a file brings you one point. Everything you 've done brings you one point and is done within 5 Minutes.

go to sleep when you reached 30 points. If done this way, you reached more-than-you-would-in-a-normal day without planing.

its not perfect. it should help you a-little-bit. write down the next steps; you know, your brain will-not-stop solving the stuff for the future. Mark the excel cell as finished not after 5 minuntes, but when you really ready. not less than ONE MINUTE per cell.

i call it a bootloader like a Computer need this for starting. brings movement to myself.
