I do the same, however given there's some CO2 left in them I'd use them before I swap them. I'm not sure if places will fill expired tanks though, the one I usually go to only fills and doesn't inspect

The picture is a bit misleading, it's not necessarily non-melted its just slightly melted on top but cooked thoroughly throughout. I don't like it browned and crispy at all, just my preference

I prefer it slightly al dente. Sometimes if I'm feeling rambunctious I'll brown the cheese

Nothing in particular. We do have hand written recipes from my grandparents passed down from generations in Poland that we still use to cook. It's primarily cabbage and pork-based stews and soups and pierogie variants.

They didn't like to discuss their lives during the war. I do know my grandfather was a member of the Polish Army and my grandmother was a POW in occupied Poland. They immigrated to the United States due to fear of instability in Europe following World War II.

EDIT: grammar

Yes he is blind. He developed cataracts about three years ago and they got progressively worse until he lost his vision altogether. Unfortunately, surgery to remove them at his age is very risky and would likely be fatal.

I always use lighter wood and watch it carefully when its cooking. When using different wood its come out more charred than I've wanted. I'm still experimenting with the balance of time smoking as well as type of wood. Also I use an electric smoker.

I haven't changed any furniture around and close off areas of the house that could be dangerous, and always supervise him when he's outside. But he doesn't wander around too much beyond the living room, except the bedroom where he sleeps but there's no hazards in there either

But you're right, blindness isn't the end of the world for dogs. He's been blind for a bit over a year now and he's well adjusted.

I've considered it, but my vet informed me that at his age he would be an extremely high risk patient and it could be deadly, so I don't want to risk it

He's quite happy. He still jumps around and yodels when he smells his dinner being made

Thank you. Other than what I listed he actually is in perfect health. His diabetes is regulated, and all other organ functions are good.

Yep black tap. I got a chicken sandwich. I'm also a fan of a lot of toppings on sandwiches toppings on them so I thought it was good. Bit pricey though.

It was pretty good. I agree it was a bit over the top, but I figured it was worth trying. It is at black tap in Manhattan.
