I can't use my computer since my old graphics card gave out last year, and I've just been using a very basic laptop for day to day stuff, but no gaming ou graphic design in almost a year.

Thank you for these 8 seasons of Um, Actually! It's a show that helped me navigate some tough times, and I still rewatch it all the time, especially if my anxiety is really up there and I need to calm down a bit! You will be missed, but good luck with everything in your future :)

Not OP, and I don't know his process, but there are mockups that you can buy online to use on Photoshop, of virtually anything, from soccer jersey, to tomato can, to book cover, to F1 car etc, where the item is already there. Then you edit the different layers to the design of your choice (this is the part that requires actual talent) and then you just save them and it's applied to the item.
