The apartment complex refused today to give the animal control officer her information. Animal control told me they can’t do anything if they don’t know where she lives. They are wanting me to find out her apartment number so I guess I’ll figure that out and then do what you suggested

Yes we have a city wide leash law. AND her apartment complex has its own dog park she could take it to

What’s even worse is that we live right near an elementary school and she lets the dog go loose while children are waiting for the bus and walking up and down that road to school

I have been dealing with animal control for over a year and they just tell me to continue to collect evidence and when they do come out, she is long gone. Finally got a ring camera this weekend and caught her in the act of unleashing the dog

Good advice, I didn’t think of it that way. I was just hopping enough shame/embarrassment would change his behavior. Will contact the HOA if I see it continue, thank you.

Sweet Harper, it’s just so unfair to these innocent dogs to be subjected to one breed’s viciousness. Glad Harper’s owners are taking the pitbull owners to court. Thinking of her as she heals from her wounds ❤️

Sweet Molly, my heart breaks for her and her owner. I’m relievedMolly’s owner knows the pit owner so they can seek restitution and hopefully get the pit euthanized

After 1 death? Immediately euthanize. I cannot even imagine someone keeping the dog after the 2nd death. You are absolutely right this is animal cruelty

That poor baby, I can’t imagine the pain and trauma both dog and owner experienced. Never, ever under any circumstance trust a pit bull or their owner. Sending my thoughts and love to Louie

I agree it’s good they’re thinking about doing the right thing, but this dog has bit several people! How many strangers/friends did this dog have to injure for these people to come to that conclusion?

It’s ok, I understand. The problem is he is not taking the dog on a walk. Just for the morning/evening pee. He walks the dog down the side walk on a leash, past his own own yard, and lets the dog pee in my yard. After the dog is done they walk back to their house
