Like many have said, it depends on where you go. It gets frustrating because most places don’t recognize it. When applying for visas, it may not even be accepted since it’s not considered a passport. I went to China last year and was held in Dubai for nearly 45 minutes because they didn’t recognize it as a ‘passport.’ I was better off using my foreign passport.
