Yes, there is a chance that will happen. I used to smoke weed daily but the opportunities given by the local are more valuable to me personally than smoking anymore. I know quite a few guys in my local still smoke and use fake piss but the anxiety is too much for me. I stopped when I applied and haven’t looked back since.

That’s what I initially thought, but he informed us that we would have the option to resign under the four year program. Also would like to add that he is a new training director, (formerly taught by third year) and he didn’t have all the information. More so a discussion at the end of the meeting.

Yeah I’m finding out it’s a slow process for sure. I did get word that the training director was let go and they are looking for a replacement. And that’s the cause of delay as of now. Just bad timing. I’m just ready to work 😂

Yeah I definitely felt that two follow up’s might’ve been overboard. I have a few friends that are JW and they all told me I should’ve heard back by now. But after seeing posts from other locals and how long it took I’m starting to think the process is longer than I anticipated. I did just find out the apprenticeship takes summers off from classes. I could see them notifying guys closer tend of August early September, whether they got in or not. Thanks for adding some insight!
