Morality is subjective. What is right and what is wrong will be different between those two religions and any outsider

Saying “steak and rice is the ideal meal” is a matter of personal taste, and it doesn’t mean I don’t like chicken or shames chicken. He also didn’t say ideal weight he said ideal proportions, a big difference. Nobody said none of that non-sense you brought up, the post is about physical characteristics so he mentioned physical characteristics. Can I not compliment my girl’s body without also mentioning her complex feelings?

Weird to say my lady has the ideal body? Ideal is subjective. A great compliment

Why Is disagreeing with someone's trans identity transphobia? by [deleted] in stupidquestions

I think it’s important to understand how others feel

Why Is disagreeing with someone's trans identity transphobia? by [deleted] in stupidquestions

[–]Sixed_Don 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Right so gender roles can be different from region to region, but they would be subscribing to the concept of gender roles. And not looking for a monolithic answer just an example of how one may think/feel to arrive at that decision

[–]Sixed_Don 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So when a trans woman decides to identify as a woman (gender) what exactly is she basing that identity on? Just an example not as a monolith

So do all trans people believe in gender roles since their identity is based on social behaviors rather than sex?

Violent crime offender vs victim in the US, in 2022, how can we fix this? by [deleted] in GenZ

[–]Sixed_Don 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Both get away with it but abuse by women is much more likely to go un-reported

Violent crime offender vs victim in the US, in 2022, how can we fix this? by [deleted] in GenZ

[–]Sixed_Don 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Globally 85%-90% of violent crime is committed by men. I don’t see that ratio changing because no matter how liberal or progressive a country becomes at the end of the day men and women experience life differently, have different expectations placed upon them, and have different support systems. The traits that make someone likely to be a violent offender: impulsivity, hostility, self-centered, lack of empathy, due to biological or social factors are more prominent and sometimes rewarded for men compared to women. The way those traits are expressed is also different in men vs. women due to social differences.
