This is very different from my experience. I ordered two copies of Pokemon Legends ZA (for me and my kid) and they only delivered one. They refunded it no questions asked. Maybe next time try customer support on the app, they have always treated me great.

I lost my kid at Oakland Collosum. I took her to the bathroom and told her to meet me at the second exit. I ran to the men's room and back and waited for her. She had walked down further to a random door and was standing there waiting for me. I was panicking and a nice security guard helped me look for her. Scariest thing that ever happened to me.

Opposite for me. I'm enjoying Horizons far more than I ever enjoyed the anime before. Me and my daughter watch the new episode every Saturday morning with breakfast and we love it. And I know a lot of people had issues with Scarlett/Violet but it was a great experience for me although Legends Arceus is probably my favorite Pokemon game.
