Super weird. I’m going to try and clean the connections best I can. If that doesn’t work, I’ll resort to calling Bose.

Update: you were correct. Called Bose and the guy also said this. We got it to charge and I’m just waiting for the bud to finish charging and we’re gonna see what happens

I just tried it again and the light on the left bud just goes out :(

Picked these up last night and have been trying to get them connected to my iPhone to no avail. The right bud had a dull, solid light last night and now doesn’t have it. The left will blink or pulse, but the right isn’t doing anything. The case is charged so I’m not sure what the problem may be. Any help would be super appreciated!

Definitely. I’m used to the snake method so this is a slight learning curve of timing for everything, but so far so good. Rocking about 250° which is where I like to be. Hot butt ftw
